Why Can't I Create an Account?

If while attempting to create a new account you received the error message "This email already exists" AND when you attempt to reset your password you receive the error message "this email address doesn't have an account", then it's possible that you may already be registered with DailyStrength through your account. If this is the case, you can complete your DailyStrength account registration and get signed in by doing the following:

1. Login to DailyStrength using your Sharecare credentials.

2. After you login you will be prompted to create a username to complete to DailyStrength profile.
