Some support groups have "General" and "Crisis" sections, located on the main list of discussions for that support group.
Crisis posts are discussion posts where the author of the post has indicated that he or she is in a crisis. These posts visually stand out from other posts, allowing other members to better determine when one could use some extra support.
Clicking on the "GENERAL" button will show all discussion posts (crisis and non-crisis posts).
Clicking on the "CRISIS" button will show only crisis posts.
Posts where a member is having a crisis also have an exclamation mark inside of a red circle located next to the title of the post.
Instructions for adding a crisis post can be found here.
